Atan-i Mili : Afghan national dance
The Atan-i Mili (or Attan) is the afghan traditional dance. Men or children move in
circles while clapping their hands. The atan is often performed at Afghan national day,
Nawroz or weddings. There are different kinds of Atan in Afghanistan, mostly in pashtun
areas : Wardak, Logar, Khost.
